In 2017 after doing some research via Youtube videos I decided to stop using a steroid cream that I had been using since 14 years old for my eczema(dry skin issue). The videos I watched showed me others that had made the transition and people generally discussed a difficult period and then said that at the end it was worth it.
Five days later my right leg and foot swelled to three times the size of my left, I had almost lost all of my eyebrows completely and my wife was rushing me to the emergency room after urgent care had no idea what was going on with me and recommend we get more tests immediately. Over the course of the next 3 months, we traveled and visited doctors throughout the United States in hopes of finding a magical cure.
The point is that we spent a substantial amount of our resources in the search for a way to restore my health and it would have been devasting financially if we hadn’t protected ourselves with quality insurance products. This is often the blind side of successful retirement planning. It’s not just limited to the management of your money.
Health. This is the most important. Without this, you can’t enjoy a life worth living. Enough said.
Health-Related Insurance products and services are undervalued when it comes to the totality of Retirement: Medicare, Health Insurance, Long Term Care, Disability, Homecare, Dental, Vision & Hearing, etc can play a significant role in successful retirement planning. A lot of times in life this can be the blindside. The unexpected, that drains our finances and the worry alone can rob us of our lifeforce. However, with the appropriate placement of insurance products and services, we can reduce that exposure by planning for them just in case. We want our clients knowing that when they close their eyes to go to sleep the work and planning have been done to protect their quality of life. For the last 15 years, I have successfully advised my clients with the problems we know and the ones we don’t. If your not sure if your blindside is protected let’s start the conversation!
